They are used for food 15 days after the appearance of seedlings - for the preparation of salads, as a seasoning for meat dishes. Sow the seeds densely, in small containers with light soil. It is undemanding to the soils, it grows better with multiple sunlight. To obtain fresh greenery throughout the summer, Kors-Salates is sown in several terms with an interval of 10-15 days. Sowing is carried out to a depth of 0.5-1 cm. The seedlings are thinned at a distance of 20 cm. It is often used as a pasture culture to enrich the diet with microelements and vitamins.
