The chanterelles are well -known edible mushrooms that contain 8 essential amino acids, vitamins and trace elements. They improve vision, prevent eye inflammation, reduce the dryness of the mucous membranes and skin, and also help with various liver diseases. In addition, the fox includes a substance that helps to get rid of any helminthic ailments.
The hat resembles a bright yellow funnel with a diameter of 8 cm, which fuses with the leg. The pulp is dense, elastic, light yellow or white. It has a pleasant mushroom aroma and taste.
Cook, fry, dry and freeze the foxes. They are especially good for pickling and salting.

Growing and care

- Cover the sowed holes with a layer of moss, leaf recession and branches.
- In the summer, if there is no precipitation, periodically moisten the plantation.
Fruiting: under favorable conditions a year after sowing under a tree, the first mushrooms appear. Artificially sown mycelium gives a crop for 2-3 years. Under one tree you can collect 1.5 buckets.
Keep an unknown bag in a dry cool place or in the refrigerator at a positive temperature.
