A hat with a diameter of 10-25 cm, first spherical, then convex or pillow-shaped. The color of the hat is more often than light tones: coffee, light brown, brown, gray-brown. The tubular layer is finely porous, in the young mushroom - white, in mature - yellowish sometimes with a green tint. The leg is thickened, white or light brown, later cylindrical. The pulp is dense with an appetizing mushroom aroma and a sweet taste. Consumed in fried, boiled, pickled form. After drying and when freezing, it retains taste and nutritious properties.
Divorization tips: mushroom plantation is broken from May to mid -September. On the site should grow trees of coniferous and deciduous rocks, preferably young (8-10 years). As compost, it is recommended to use ready -made soil for indoor plants with a high peat content.
