Long (up to 65cm) asparagus beans ripen after 55-60 days at a high (3.8 m) winding plant. They use unripe in boiled and fried form as a delicious side dish with high nutritional value. The beans are straight, narrow, green, without a parchment layer (very tender). Vigna dishes are useful for maintaining the work of the liver, gall bladder and to normalize metabolism.
