How to grow a microwave of beets using a set of Semna Group:

1. Rinse the seeds and soak them for 6-10 hours.

2. Moisten the rug and lay evenly on it the seeds.

3. Close the cover of the tray and leave the seeds germinate in a warm place.

4. Make sure that the rug is wet. Use the spray gun.

5. The first shoots will appear after about 1-3 days. Remove the lid and put in a sunny place.

Microsemen can be eaten when the first 2-3 leaves appear. It is at this stage of growth that it has the most vivid taste. You can also use sprouts in later stages (10-12 cm high). Such sprouts are stored in the refrigerator in cut.
