“Champion” is an early -ripe high -yielding winter -hardy sorrel variety. The plant forms large juicy leaves with a pleasant slightly acidic taste. The variety is resistant to shooting. 

The period from seedlings to the crop is 40–47 days. 

Plant height - up to 40 cm.

Productivity - 4–7 kg/m².
