Set for cooking Yaki Udon, 215 g
Prepare yaki udon using a set from Chim -shim.
The set includes:
- Macaron products - wheat noodles "Udon" (Group A, Higher variety) - 125 g;
- Culinary sauce for the preparation of "Yaki Udon" - 90 g.
You will need (for 2 portions):
- vegetables (carrots, Bulgarian pepper, onions) - 150 g;
- vegetable oil - 4 tbsp;
- Greens, fried sesame (to taste);
- lemon (to taste).
- Cut the vegetables and pork. Boil the noodles of the udon in boiling water until half a month of no more than 3-4 minutes.
- in hot oil, fry the onion and pork for 2-3 minutes until cooked. Add vegetables and fry 2 minutes.
- Add the finished noodles, sauce and mix well. We recommend that when serving, sprinkle the dish with lemon juice, decorate with chopped herbs and sesame seeds.
