This educational and methodological manual is devoted to one of the most popular military-applied sports-army hand-to-hand combat (ARB). The basic technique of the ARB has been considered, descriptions of the main technical movements (manufacturing to battle (racks), movement, hand and legs, protection technique, the basics of the duel), and also presented the teaching technique, biomechanics and psychological training. These exercises make it possible to make the ARB technique more economical and accurate, without unnecessary expenditures of energy and strength.
