Simplification of trading procedures in international law. Sidorov V.N., Sidorova E.V.

This practical course includes educational and methodological materials on simplifying trading procedures in international law: the program of the course “Simplification of trading procedures in international law”, tasks for preparing for seminar classes, samples of documents, approximate topics of term papers and thesis, a list of regulatory documents and recommended literature, as well as a variety of tasks for intermediate and final control of knowledge gained by students. The practical course was prepared on the basis of an analysis of international treaties, documents of international organizations, legal doctrine and business customs. The authors took into account the latest changes in the customs legislation of the Russian Federation and the Customs Union as of October 1, 2020. The publication complies with the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education of the third generation. The proposed course is intended for students (cadets) of legal and economic higher educational institutions studying in the specialties “Jurisprudence”, “Customs”, “Taxes and Taxation”, “International Relations”, specialists employed in the field of foreign economic activity, and employees of the FCS of Russia.
