Sing, restless, sing. Ward D.

There are three storytellers in this story. Leoni, far from the perfect mother of two children, in an eternal conflict with himself and with others. Her thirteen -year -old son Jojo, who is much more than Leoni, takes care of his five -year -old sister, learns from her grandfather what it means to be a man. And another storyteller is a boy who died in a prison boy Richie, the same age as Jojo. Leoni and the children go to the same prison, to take them to the newly released father, Michael. On the way along the Mississippi, both the heroes themselves and readers learn a lot about the secrets of the family and the hardships of life in the American south.
