This monograph is devoted to small neurological dysfunction: a state that, in a number of conceptual and medical circumstances, turned out to be mixed with other minimal lesions of the nervous system, impaired cognitive and behavioral functions in children. The book sets out the features of the early development of the child, and it is also shown that the violation of the entertainment in the time of structural, functional and neurochemical processes largely form development diseases. They are predetermined in some cases by specific lesions, but often - heterochrony of development or dysontogenesis.
