Small works. Vinkelman I.I.

This publication contains complete translations of the famous works of I.-I. Winkelman without abbreviations and bills. Among them are “Thoughts about the imitation of the works of Greek painting and sculpture”, “Notes on the architecture of the ancients”, “On the ability to perceive the beautiful in art and about teaching this” and others. The translation, preface and comments of the book were prepared by I.E. Babanov (1936–1994) - researcher of European and Eastern culture, specialist in antiquity and the era of education.
