The training manual outlines information about the regulatory framework of the organization of the activities of the State Apartment Service, the economic aspects of the activities of healthcare institutions in the implementation of the state assignment. Data on the network and structure, the management bodies of the state sanitary and epidemiological service are presented. The tasks and functions of the bodies of federal state sanitary and epidemiological supervision, as well as healthcare institutions, ensuring such supervision are considered. Particular attention is paid to the development of socio-hygienic monitoring, the activities of the protection of consumer rights.
