The work is devoted to the study of urgent problems in the implementation of activities in the organizational and legal forms "Economic Partnership" and "Investment Partnership", created to support innovative activity in Russia. The shortcomings of the current legislation that impede the implementation of the advantages of these forms of doing business are reflected, and the ways to overcome them are presented. Special attention in the work is given to the issues of tax stimulating the activities of individual venture investors (business angels).
