The monographs revealed the main aspects of Soviet everyday life in the context of the accelerated and inorganic modernization of the country. Reconstructive possibilities Studies are significantly expanded due to the widespread use of materials of leading Russian archives previously unknown to the scientific community. The use of a micro-chistorical approach and instrumentation of oral history helped in the study of such poorly studied aspects of Soviet everyday life as practices of elementary survival in ordinary and force majeure periods of Russian history.
