Valerio Massimo Manfred (b. 1943) - a famous Italian historian, archaeologist, writer, screenwriter and journalist, participant in the famous Anabasis expedition. The author of art works on a historical topic, Manfred was awarded such prestigious awards as the “Man of the Year” award of the American Biographical Institute, Hemingway Award and Bankarella award.
