The textbook represents theoretically sound and practically verified speech techniques for optimally achieved the communicatively determined goals. The idea of the essential role of the language aspect in social influence is formed. Through the analysis of the linguistic expression, political, economic, ideological interests of human language/group of persons are revealed. Toratically similar issues are usually considered in a subject division into rhetoric, pragmalinguistics, discourse theory, conflictology. Unlike other educational and reference publications, different forms of speech influence: direct, hidden, argumentation, manipulation, suggestion, Persuinivist - are shown due to those communicative practices in which the installation on influence is dominant: politics, advertising, media, consumption discourse. New speech competencies are formed that complement the basic professionally oriented competencies of specialists.
