Spirea Japanese firelite, C2 pot, H10-50 height, 1 pc, summer 2024
A decorative shrub up to 0.6 m high. A variety with a very spectacular coloring of leaves: young foliage orange-red, then turns yellow, then green. In the fall, the leaves become bright red. Dark pink flowers in shield-shaped inflorescences blooms in July-September. It grows well in the sun, in the shade of the color of the leaves becomes more green.
Location: photophilous, makes partial shade (to the detriment of flowering intensity).
Requirements for the soil: undemanding, grows on soils of different acidity and mechanical composition. It prefers well -drained moist loams, slightly acidic and neutral reaction.
winter hardiness: high, when freezing is quickly restored.
application: low borders, hedges, flower beds, stony gardens. Independent groups, edges around groups of large plants. Homogeneous curtains look good.
