In monographs based on the analysis of academic literature on the study of the phenomenon of state digital platforms (GCP), the process of digital transformation of the system of electronic public services into a state ecosystem of services, which implemented partnership in the development, provision of services between authorities and external actors based on divided infrastructure, processes, data and information systems. GDC are determined through their functionality and by comparison with commercial digital platforms. Based on the meta-classification of GCP, their typologization, a methodology is proposed for the development and design of the GDP. The scenarios of the state partnership with industry actors in the deployment or creating of a digital platform as an effective mechanism of industry management and development are also substantiated.
