Stefan Zweig (1881-1942) - an outstanding Austrian writer, who also acted as a poet, essayist, critic, playwright, author of historical biographies. The total circulation of his works only during his lifetime amounted to 60 million copies. Nevertheless, about the private life of the “great European”, his character, hobbies, unrealized ideas, about the causes of his suicide in the distant Brazil of a wide circle of readers, including in Russia, very few are known.
