Stories about different hunting: essays

The real edition included hunting works created by S.T. Aksakov during the heyday of his talent. The poetic descriptions of nature, accompanied by numerous memories from “own experience”, served as the standard for the most outstanding writers. Among the admirers of the Aksakov “Notes” was Gogol, who noted that although he was not at all interested in the object, he read everything from the board to the board with great pleasure. The texts are reproduced according to modern norms of spelling and punctuation, while preserving the individual characteristics of the author's style.
