For all the apparent simplicity of monetary obligations in practice, there are many important nuances that participants in civilian circulation must take into account the contractual legal relations. When discussing the parameters of the planned transaction, they should choose those models of payment that most allow them to optimize their commercial risks associated with the performance of monetary obligations.
