The book is a monographic work on the study of issues of development and prospects for the administrative law of Russia. It discusses the urgent problems of science, in particular the problems of the classification of subjects of administrative and legal relations, their division into public and private, their status, competence. Public subjects include: the President of the Russian Federation, the Government of the Russian Federation, the public administration. Private entities are: citizens, foreigners, stateless persons, persons with dual citizenship, organizations with the status of a legal entity and do not possess them. Administrative law as a branch of public law regulates the organization of the public administration, its functioning and the procedure for relations with individuals in the process of implementing executive and administrative activities (i.e., for public administration). The legislation is given as of July 10, 2021. The monograph may be useful to everyone who is interested in urgent problems of administrative law and public administration of Russia.
