Sublimated peach into pieces is an unusual decor that is made using an innovative method in which preservatives are not used. The process of sublimation includes shock freezing followed by vacuum drying in a special chamber, which does not violate the original structure of the berry and retains up to 96% of vitamins and trace elements.
