The primary stage of medical care to patients requires a general practitioner and a general practitioner of timely correct diagnosis and development of a strategy for the treatment of diseases, and therefore there was a need to prepare a series of mini-referrals “on an outpatient reception”. A brief presentation of the material will allow the doctor to quickly make a decision on the rational tactics of the patient. Particular attention is paid to the principle of the formulation of the diagnosis, its verification, indications for hospitalization, examination of temporary disability and dispensary observation.

The final section included the most common questions of patients and optimal answers to them.
