Sugar mastic, vanilla, yellow, 100 g
It is used to decorate confectionery: tightening cakes, cakes, modeling fruits, curly modeling, manufacturing a layer. It has good plasticity, rolled well and forms well, holds the shape, is easily stained with any water -soluble dye. Decorations from sugar mastic can be used independently as exclusive products in your assortment.
Method of application: the required amount of mastic is pre -knead on dry, slightly drilled sugar powder, to soft plastic consistency.
Composition: sugar, glucose syrup, equivalent of cocoa-mass, E466, E1422, glycerin, E471, DRIVER, E202, flavor identical to the natural "vanillin".
