A series of terrible suicides in the center of Europe. The police are guessed, but cannot prove that they were all carefully prepared by the Suicide Club, which hid under the sign of a private psychiatric clinic. The clinic specializes in the treatment of persons prone to suicide. Methods of treatment are strange and dubious and cost considerable money.

Somehow the club orders an obligatory audit. And the police begin to blackmail the auditor to get the necessary information with its help. But the clinic’s psychiatrist also has compromising evidence - intimate and completely unsightly. Now the main character has a difficult task - not only to do work, maintain a reputation and get a fabulous fee, but also stay alive. Will the announcement of his suicide appear in the evening newspaper?
