Tales in the drawings of Ivan Yakovlevich Bilibin
This collection is an analogue of the convoy compiled from books, with drawings by Ivan Yakovlevich Bilibin. He created hundreds of illustrations for fairy tales - samples of Russian folklore and folk tales in the arrangement of A.S. Pushkin and A.S. Roslavlev. Since 1902, the printing house of the procurement of public securities (EZGB) and its receiver by the Goznak joint -stock company were repeatedly published and reprinted “Tales” with drawings by I.Ya. Bilibin. In the proposed book, in addition to the famous "fairy tales", the Mermaid G.Kh. Anderson and the “Carpet-Samolet” from the collection of Arab fairy tales “1001 Nights”, the illustrations for which were created by the artist during emigration.
