However, it is difficult to talk about the correct meaning of the concept of “cult kinematographer”, and in fact it is very difficult to give an unambiguous answer to the question of what cult films are. In this book, an attempt is made to answer the question of what is a religious movie - when and how it originated, how it developed, what it was, what it was and was preserved at all. And if it is preserved, then how should we talk about it today. The book consists of two unequal parts.
