The accordion of life. Merkulv Sergey
Sergey Merkulv is the author of ten poetic collections, the winner of the award named after V.I. Tatishchev and G.V. de Gennin for the “Modern Philosophical Dictionary” (London, 1998), repeatedly reprinted. The literary biography of the poet is rooted in the seventies, however, due to a wary attitude to verses, expressive and distinctive, but far from the chanting of Soviet reality, publications did not appear up to the eighties. In the nineties of S. Merkulva, criticism characterized either avant -garde, then as a metaphorical one. In the last decade, it is more often defined as a poetic mainstream of the author, who, according to Olga Sedova, “masterfully plays with the word. And he finds his reader, who believes that he is a luggage with his muse. ”
