Nikolai Ivanovich Bukharin (1888-1938) Revolutionary, Soviet state and party leader, member of the Central Committee of the Party (1917-1934). Academician of the USSR Academy of Sciences (1929). Editor Pravda and Izvestia, author of works on economics and sociology. He was one of the closest associates of Lenin. In 1925, together with Stalin, he headed the new leadership in the Central Committee. He worked on the text of the Constitution of 1936, subsequently called "Stalin". In the early 1930s. Evgeny Alekseevich Preobrazhensky (1886-1937)-an outstanding theoretician-economist, major party and statesman, journalist, writer, revolutionary. E. A. Preobrazhensky not only openly set out his economic views, but also had a direct impact on the formation of the line of the Bolshevik party in economic matters.
