Nikolai Ivanovich Bukharin (1888-1938) Revolutionary, Soviet state and party leader, member of the Central Committee of the Party (1917-1934). Academician of the USSR Academy of Sciences (1929). Evgeny Alekseevich Preobrazhensky (1886-1937)-an outstanding theoretician-economist, major party and statesman, journalist, writer, revolutionary.
