The amazing journey of Rabbit Edward. Dikimillo K.
Once, grandmother Pelester presented to her granddaughter Abilin a toy rabbit named Edward Tyulein, whom the famous Master made puppet affairs. Abilin simply adored her rabbit, kissed his beautiful long ears, dressed up in specially sewn costumes for him, and every morning she started his gold watch on a chain. And the rabbit was a narcissistic and heartless egoist and did not like anyone except himself. Once Abilin, along with her parents, went on a sea journey, and Rabbit Edward, accidentally falling overboard, was at the very bottom of the ocean. The old fisherman caught him with his network and brought his wife. Then the rabbit fell into different hands - both good and bad. And each time with sadness and longing recalled the girl Abilin, who loved him so much. The cold heart of the rabbit gradually thawed, learned to respond with love to love, and one fine day Edward Tyulein returned to Abilin, who had already managed to become an adult.
This sad and at the same time was written by the Modern American writer Kate Dikamillo, the owner of numerous awards awarded in the field of literature for children.
