Perhaps this is the most warlike warning in defense of property rights ever written. It appeared on weekends to a series of engravings "Life of Mary", published in Nuremberg in 1511. The author of warning and engravings, the great painter and engraver Albrecht Durer, had all the reasons for fear of falsifiers.

Estams of Durer enjoyed loud glory throughout Europe, popular among collectors and more affordable than paintings.
