In this textbook, the main attention is paid to the metabolic and regulatory processes that underlie the bio -omnient approach to the search for new active components of drugs and agrochemical drugs. In contrast to the accidental search for biologically active compounds in the biostational synthesis as a starting point, ideas about biological targets are used, to which the action of known natural and synthetic substances is aimed. At the same time, knowledge of the molecular mechanisms of such interactions allows us to find ways to increase the activity of synthesized compounds, eliminate side effects and reach new types of bioactivity.
