The biological foundations of the development of civilization. Inner predictor of the USSR

This work is the section of the 17th six-volume of the USSR VP “Fundamentals of Sociology”, processed for publication as self-sufficient for understanding the text. However, its thematic spectrum is somewhat wider than the theme of the section of the 17th.

Section of the 17th “Fundamentals of Sociology” is devoted to the radical problem of global civilization. The “indigenous” problem in the sense that most of the other problems of civilization grow from it, and, accordingly, the resolution of a radical problem eliminates all problems-consequences. Unlike a six -volume, real work is relatively small in volume and can be read in a day. Separation into thematically specialized chapters is not provided, since all the topics raised in it are interconnected. By reading it, everyone can decide whether it makes sense for him to master the materials of the concept of public security or he lives well.
