The book is devoted to the description of the results of the study of biomechanical changes in the spine and the base of the skull of patients with ankylosing spondylitis. Based on the data of the system analysis of radiographs of all spine, the first time describes the radiological symptoms of the systemic changes in the spine and a biomechanical model of the pathogenesis of ankylosing spondylitis is developed. The syndrome of the systemic restriction of the spinal mobility was described, which was also detected in patients with dorsopathies.
