The Criminal Executive Code of the Russian Federation, as of 04.26.23. Guide for judicial practices and a comparative change table

The text of the Code is awarded with an official source and is given as of April 26, 2023 using generally accepted abbreviations. The publication presented to your attention takes into account only the changes made by published in official sources on the date of signing the publication to the seal by federal laws. The text of the articles is given on the date indicated on the cover of this book (date of updated). If there are changes that come into force later, then together with the editors of the norm in force on this date, the norm in the new edition is given and the date with which it comes into force is indicated.
