The empire of Protestants. Russia XVI - the first half of the XIX centuries.

The presented book is a cognitive excursion into the history of the development of different part of Russian science and culture for almost four centuries related to activities for the benefit of Russia from European countries of Protestant religion. For the first time, the fundamental contribution of Protestants, gospel Christians to the development of Russian society, science, culture, art, to the construction of state institutions, including the army, in defense of the interests of the Fatherland during diplomatic negotiations and on the battlefields, was consecrated. The achievements of many of them made it possible to position Russia as a leader and forever consolidate Russian priorities in the exact and natural sciences, geographical discoveries, and industrial technologies. Some of these names have forever entered the history of the Russian Academy of Sciences.
