In the Moscow Kremlin on March 26, 1993, a deputy of the Russian Supreme Council, journalist Ion Andronov, at the IX Congress of People's Deputies, called for voting for the impeachment of the President of the Russian Federation Yeltsin due to betrayal of Russian national interests and the preparation of the coup.
