The first glance at Adrienne von Shpire. Balthazar G.U. background

For twenty -seven years, Hans Urs von Baltazar collaborated with the theologian and mystic Adrien von Shpeir, who largely influenced his theological thought. Together with her in 1944, he founded the community of St. Ap. John the Theologian.

In the first part of the book, Balthazar talks about its spiritual biography and a unique person, describes their general theological mission, and also represents a review of its works, which are about sixty. The second part contains the bright statements of Adrienes about himself, from different sides, illuminating her individuality, theological ideas and spiritual experiences. The third part of the book unites prayers von Shpyir, which are distinguished by special liveliness and imagery.
