The book has a communicative orientation and sets the goal of the formation and integrated development of lexical, grammatical and conversational skills. The manual consists of 32 lessons for all the topics necessary for communication and is designed for about 180 hours of auditorium.

Each lesson (lekTion) includes: vocabulary on the topic, several grammatical topics, a variety of training exercises, as well as the text form of a lexical topic or dialogue. All texts include the lexical minimum necessary for the disclosure of a particular topic.

Assignments after the text suggest the use of traveled vocabulary and grammar in answers to questions, in substitution exercises and translation exercises from Russian to German. At the end of the manual, keys to all exercises are given.

The book is useful for students of lyceums, gymnasiums, students of higher educational institutions, as well as to everyone who studies German under the guidance of a teacher or independently.
