In this book, on the basis of the analysis and generalization of the current legislation of the Russian Federation and the emerging judicial practice, we decided to study the legal foundations of mobilization for military service, general and additional grounds for obtaining a delay, including undergoing training, not involving military service As part of a partial mobilization of specialists from separate high -tech industries, as well as the use of instructions of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation on the list of grounds for providing a deferral.

Separate attention in the work is also paid to such important procedural issues as determining the jurisdiction of mobilization disputes, as well as the use of preliminary protection measures for resolving disputes on mobilization aimed at suspension of the courts of decisions on mobilization of citizens and their direction to military parts for military service.
