The sixth grader Igor suddenly meets a little girl. And the famous illusionist Charlie Afanasevich Dombi-Dorritov, who accidentally sends the ISU to another reality, comes to the city of Small Burdocking. There he will have to find out that their city is going to erase a certain scientist, Mishechkin from the face of the earth, and to establish a military training ground in his place.
