The book “The History of Russia in Stories for Children”, which Alexander Ishimova wrote for six years, brought her all -Russian glory. Written without moralization, lively and exciting, simple language, with the involvement of life literature and biblical plots, the book sounded as a cultural event. In addition to the patriotic line, one should also note the spiritual - the instruction to follow God's commandments, not to transgress the laws of morality even in the worst times. For the first time, the book was published in 1836 and after that it was repeatedly reprinted.
