This monograph is devoted to the problem of using technologies of the criminal procedure compromise using the example of a special procedure for making a court decision when concluding a pre-trial cooperation agreement (Chapter 40.1 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the Russian Federation). Much attention is paid to the procedural form of the manifestation of the author’s idea of ​​using a compromise both of a special technology in the aforementioned procedure in the regulation of both pre -trial and judicial proceedings for criminal cases.
