The monograph presents the results of the application of the scientific and ideological approach to the criminal process, which allowed to form an understanding of the conceptual essence of modern criminal proceedings, to determine the structure and content of criminal procedure ideology that allows domestic criminal proceedings in different chronological and ideological periods of its history to maintain and strengthen its own Methodological rod. A new look at the essence of the ideological foundations of modern criminal proceedings creates the prerequisites for the formation of the image of a perfect criminal process.
