The book of the South Russian political philosopher and journalist, the ideologist of Novorossiya Alexander Chalenko explains why and how in the period between the two Maidans a Novorossiysk idea arose in Ukraine, and why it replaced the idea of ​​federal-land and bilingual Ukraine during the Russian spring of 2014. The author also answers the questions: why is it impossible to talk about Ukrainians today as a separate people from the Great Russians?
