Higher values ​​express the achievements of any model of world civilization, and when their production ends, civilization goes into a state of pseudocialization, that is, into a state of collapse of rational communications between people. The consciousness of the human world is immersed in the chaos of a fragmented variety of ideas, in which the current mind requires to overestimate the value of life in line with the radically changed rational psychology of a person.

The highest values ​​are material and intangible, which is present in the mind as a reflection of matter of time, that is, the involvement to one degree or another in the memory of the ancestors in all areas of culture, where the latter is the entire experience of world civilization, starting From the moment of its occurrence, which is present in the subconscious of each person and determines his fate. In this sense, reasonable reality is the topological tension of the ligaristic tensors of the influence of the highest energy centers of the psyche on the lower layers of mental energy, that is, the power of the mind over the unreasonable part of the human soul.
