The mixture for staining "Emerald", 100 g

Description: Water -soluble dye with a high concentration of a coloring pigment. A thick consistency allows it to be well painted throughout the mass of the main confectionery semi -finished products (jelly, mousse, cream, dough, mastic and others), without changing their consistency. It has no taste and aroma, due to which it retains the initial taste properties of the painted product.

Recommended dosage: 2-3 drops (0.1-0.15 g) per 100 grams of painted mass. Sold in a tube of 100 grams.

Method of application: before use, puncture the seal of the tube, it is not recommended to cut off.
