The monograph is carried out by a comprehensive analysis of the sources and sources of law. The problems of the understanding and ratio of the phenomena “Istok”, “source”, “legal form” of law are considered. A comparative analysis of ideas about the origins and sources of law that developed within the framework of the main world national-cultural traditions is carried out. The specifics of the sources of modern Russian law are shown, combining traditional formal normativeness (documentary textuality) and substantial substance (the phenomenon of “living law”).
